I have used Ls Building Services on several different property renovations and I could not be happier with the work provided by Luke. On each occasion, Luke has delivered a high quality finish both on time and within budget. Trades people of this quality and professionalism are certainly not easy to come by and, for that reason, I would happily recommend Luke Smith to anybody!

Luke quoted for the job on the same day that I contacted him, and he fitted the work into his schedule, so had very little time delay. Very pleased with the result, and would recommend Luke to others.

Luke and the team have now done two jobs for us and the results have been spectacular. They are careful, thorough, diligent and always communicate well so we were informed and up to date with all that was happening and any changes. I can’t recommend this company enough. Garage Roof Dear Luke,
Thank you for your skilful, swift replacement of my dodgy garage roof.
Having Storm Damage on the night of 26th December 2020, resulting in my Gas and Electric Metres being exposed to the weather was frightening for me. The adjacent House where I live depends entirely on those metres working.
You acted urgently and efficiently to make my dwelling safe.
Added to our concerns was the fact that the nation is now in Lockdown, meaning that supplies of materials and people to work may be in short, if any, supply.
I am extremely grateful to you Luke.

Would not hesitate to recommend Luke and his team at LS Building Services. We have just used them to build a timber-clad, block-built workshop/garage/carport together with walling, fencing and landscaping work. Throughout our project they have been extremely reliable, proactive, tidy, and respectful. Workmanship has been excellent throughout. Luke’s advice and project management was superb. Like most things in life you get what you pay for and we are really pleased with the end result.

So glad we found LS Built. The guys turned up when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would and made us a stunning outside space. The composite deck and grey glass balcony looks stunning. We are so pleased! 5*

Mr Very pleased with the end results despite the COVID 19 Lockdown and the weather. Luke persisted chasing suppliers when it seemed that my new doors would never arrive. Very pleased with outside outside steps into the garden. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys on site were very friendly and approachable. Will certainly use Luke again.

Best Builder I Have Ever Used We found Luke’s work was always first class. He certainly has a wide range of skills including project management and is always eager to please. I was impressed by the way he understood the issues with my house and the repairs required. I would not hesitate to use him again.

First Class Workmanship Luke just has to be the tidiest workman in the South West. A new made to measure stainless steel stair bannister installed with no mess. Seventy Two feet of replacement garden fence installed again with no mess. All completed on the same day, and at the quote given weeks before. We have no hesitation in giving Luke’s company five stars.

Sitting room Luke and his team did a great repair on our sitting room ceiling and we are very pleased with the end result, we would always recommend him to anybody.

I can highly recommend this company and luke as a very reliable, high standard of work and good attention to detail . We bought a very tired 1967 bungalow and both luke and Lewis smith ( architect) have created and made our dream home come true. What was a brain wave in the middle of the night, they listened to our ideas and developed them, enhanced them , and then performed the transformation. We are absolutely delighted with it. The team are awesome, all work together and have been brilliant every step of the way. Many thank you all involved, we are amazed by the whole journey of the build . It wasn’t without its problems…… ( concrete under floor boards from previous diy! Not luke)and budget smashed! I was banned from any more questions to the team!!! Bathroom In replacing a bath with a shower cubicle, re-lining the wall and painting the bathroom, the finished product displayed craftsmanship and expertise of a very high quality – with which I am well pleased. Mrs I wanted and new kitchen and needed more space . Luke was very professional and knowledgable. The wall was knocked down between the kitchen and garage. He then rebuilt and insulated the wall still leaving me a good storage space in the garage. The kitchen looks amazing, I am so pleased with it. The quality of work was top class and nothing was too much trouble. I also used him to do other jobs around the house too and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else needing any work done. Subsequently I discovered that when he left each evening you would not have known he’d been present, everything being left so tidy. Thoroughly recommended.
